    Recommended Usage

    • Mix 1 scoop (+-15g) with 300 ml of water in a NUTRITECH® shaker.
      Shake thoroughly and drink 20 to 30 minutes prior to workout, on an empty stomach.
    • For a MAX workout
      Mix 2 scoops (+-30g) with 600ml of water before training.
